THE FOLLOWING POLICIES APPLY TO WHOLESALE CLIENTS:
Q: What is the order turnaround time?
A: All pieces are handmade by me (Bryce) to order so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipping from the date we receive your request.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We use FedEx as our carrier, and Standard US Priority Mail shipping rates apply for orders of US$300 or above. Otherwise a flat shipping & handling fee of US$30 applies.
Q: Where do your raw materials come from?
A: We purchase all raw materials to make the glass pendants and earrings in the United States, and the greatest majority of the Sterling Silver chains and findings come from Italy.
Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: At Perfecto Glass we understand that our wholesale customers know their stores' needs best and thus they should be who determine how much of each line to carry. For this reason we do not impose any minimum order value. We do however encourage our clients to take into account the shipping & handling rates described above.
Q: Do you have a territory protection policy?
A: We take pride in the uniqueness of our jewelry and therefore we strive to provide our wholesale customers with a certain level of exclusivity by ensuring that only one active customer per zip code carries our line. We constantly review our customer list to determine their active status based on the frequency and quantity of their orders. Generally, customers who have not placed an order within 6 months are considered inactive unless we have previously agreed otherwise based on order cycle/quantities.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We accept Electronic ACH, Visa and MasterCard for opening orders and reorders. A transaction fee of 0.8% will apply to payments made with American Express, and Discover credit cards. Requests for Net 30 terms for large accounts are considered on a case by case basis.
